A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance of your service on the day of your appointment.

• Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times. • If you need to reschedule, please allow at least 3 days (72 hours) advance notice. • Any reschedule request within 3 days of your scheduled appointment will not be allowed and your deposit will be forfeited. • A new deposit will be required to make another appointment.

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 days (72 hours) before your appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of your deposit. • You must arrive NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES from your scheduled appointment time. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be considered a NO-SHOW and your deposit will be forfeited.

As a courtesy, we will send you a text confirmation 4 days prior to your appointment, and an email/text reminder 3 days and 1 day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellation fees.

• Touch-up appointments are for EXISTING BROWS BY HANNAH CLIENTS ONLY. • If your previous brows were done by another artist, the service will not be considered a touch-up and may be charged as a new brow service or correction.

If you have previous permanent makeup, tattooed brows, microblading, or shading done by another artist, please send CLEAR, makeup-free photos of your brows BEFORE booking. Not all previous work can be corrected or covered. Your brows must be reviewed and approved before scheduling a correction appointment.
